Mermaid

All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP!This tutorial was written by me on April 17,2009. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.
Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called Bellezza A Mezzanotte,made by Yarrow @ Digital Chaos This is a PTU kit i cannot supply. You can purchase her kit here
Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Nicole Brune. You must have a license to use her work! You can purchase that here

Let's begin
Open a new canvas 500x500 flood fill with white
Open Paper02, resize 15% , copy and paste as new layer
Open your mask
I used a WSL_Mask81 which can be found here
Select your working canvas
Go to layers, select new mask layer, from image
Choose WSL_Mask81, invert unchecked
Layers, merge, merge group
Open Frame09, resize 25% , copy and paste as new layer
add dropshadow H+3 V+3 opacity 100 blur 5 color black
repeat dropshadow only this time H-3 V-3 opacity 100 blur 5 color black
Select the inside of your frame with the magic wand
Selections, modify, expand at 8
Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer
Move it on to the frame
Selections, invert and hit delete
Use same dropshadow as on frame
Open Butterfly02, resize 12% , copy and paste as new layer
Image, free rotate, right 20%
Add the same dropshadow as before
Open Flower06, resize 12% , copy and paste as new layer
Add the same dropshadow as before
Open your tube, resize 90% , copy and paste as new layer
Dropshadow as same before
Hide your background
Select your tube in your layers pallette
Layers, merge, merge visible
Image, resize 90%, reszie all layers unchecked
Move your tag a little bit up
Unhide your background
Add your name & copyright
That's all your done
