Fairground fun

All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial
was written by me on April 18, 2009. It is of my own ideas and
creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.
Supplies needed

For this tutorial I used a tube of Half Pints you need a license
for it which you can get here
For the scrapkit I used the wonderful kit made by Cazie's Psp Designs
This is a PTU kit which I cannot supply. You can
purchase her kit here.
WSL_Mask I use you can get here

Ok lets begin.
Open new canvas 500x500 fill with white
Open Paper7, resize 80% , copy and paste as new layer
Open WSL_Mask109
Layers, new mask layer, from image
Invert Mask Data unchecked
Layers, Merge, Merge Group
Open your tube, resize 80%, copy and paste as new layer
Add dropshadow H+3 V+3 opacity 100 blur 10 color black
Open 3xframe1, resize 12% , copy and paste as new layer
Adjust, Hue and Saturation 19 / 207
Arrange frame below your tube
Add dropshadow H+3 V+3 opacity 100 blur 5 color black
repeat dropshadow
Open ladybug1, resize 15% , copy and paste as new layer
Image , free rotate , 15% right
Add dropshadow H+3 V+3 opacity 100 blur 5 color black
Open Dog1 , resize 12% , copy and paste as new layer
Use same dropshadow as before, repeat dropshadow
But use H-3 V-3
Open balloon2, resize 50% , copy and paste as new layer
Bring it to top
Use same Hue and Saturation as before
Add dropshadow H+3 V+3 opacity 100 blur 5 color black
Repeat dropshadow change H-3 V-3
Open ferris_wheel-sticker , resize 20% copy and paste as new layer
Move down below your frame
Add your name and copyright
Layers, Merge, Merge All Flatten
Save as JPG
